We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts in the iGaming industry. This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in performance marketing influencer marketing and affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage large teams and drive significant growth in a fast-paced results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the digital marketing team ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels.
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns including SEM display and social media advertising.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and affiliate partners to enhance brand visibility.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance providing actionable insights for optimization.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing within the iGaming industry.
• Proven experience in managing large teams and driving digital marketing initiatives.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing influencer marketing and affiliate marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
