About The Role

• Manage Atlantis Dubai’s social media channels focusing on content curation, publishing, and engagement.
• Lead and support the creation of the social media editorial calendar across platforms.
• Generate, edit, and publish content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community engagement.
• Develop data-driven strategies based on audience insights, competitive analysis, and platform trends.
• Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas, especially for TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with internal departments and creative teams to source and produce compelling content.
• Track, measure, and report on social media performance and ROI to refine strategies.

About You

• A proactive and creative thinker with strong content creation skills.
• Solid knowledge of platform tools, trends, and audience behaviors across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Ability to take ideas from concept to production independently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• A passion for storytelling and building authentic connections with audiences.
