In this position, you’ll craft top-notch workflows tailored for advanced retail traders, ensuring a seamless experience across mobile and web platforms. You’ll drive multi-channel integration, implement event tracking, and design dashboards to deliver actionable insights, while overseeing a dynamic retail product suite featuring trading, bots, staking, and more. Leading feature development with clear specifications, you’ll guide teams, co-manage the roadmap, and collaborate closely with delivery and engineering experts to bring ideas to life. Through user studies and partnerships with Marketing, Growth, and CRM, you’ll refine products and boost adoption, making a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure multi-channel integration across mobile app and website experiences.
