Job Summary :

Supermicro is seeking a (Senior) Solution Product Manager to help grow our business across various vertical markets in EMEA. The role involves establishing ecosystems with suppliers, collaborating with sales teams, engaging directly with customers, and providing tailored solutions. The successful candidate will develop product strategies, research customer solutions, and create aggressive go-to-market plans for our core product family.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Analyze market and business trends; develop strategies to increase market share through strategic positioning of Supermicro solutions.
• Identify and prioritize customer requirements for current and emerging use cases.
• Coordinate product training for customers and work closely with them to define specifications and solutions.
• Research technology, customer, and competitor trends to inform platform strategy.
• Build strong customer relationships and collaborate with sales to close deals.
• Develop ecosystems with vendors and maintain supplier relationships to foster business growth.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in EE / CS or equivalent experience.

8-10+ years of product management and promotion experience with the ability to influence customers.

Proven ability to develop business and engage customers directly.

Knowledge in Data Analytics, SDS, HPC, AI, HCI, SAP, Network, etc.

Deep understanding of server, storage, and data center products with strong business acumen for developing new opportunities in the EU.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of collaborating and influencing internal teams and external clients.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Serve as a technical advisor on market and technology trends.
