The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for various interior fitout projects ensuring that all costs are thoroughly evaluated and included.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work
• Gather and analyze data on labor materials and overhead costs
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for interior fitout projects
• Consult with project managers and designers to understand project requirements and timelines
• Maintain a database of costs and pricing information for materials and resources
• Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for prospective clients
• Monitor and adjust estimates based on project changes or unforeseen circumstances
• Provide support in budget preparation and cost control efforts throughout project implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Interior Design or a related field
• Proven experience as a Cost Estimator in the interior fitout industry
