Ideal candidates should have 8-12 years of experience in procurement and strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in procurement and materials management within contracting companies.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute procurement strategies for materials and equipment.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with site teams for material requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Track delivery schedules and resolve any supply chain issues.
• Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis for management review.
