Job Title: Purchasing Officer

1. Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligning with company goals.
2. Source and negotiate with suppliers for quality products/services at competitive prices.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to determine purchasing needs and provide budget guidance.
6. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.

8. Prepare and maintain purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation.
9. Monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
10. Resolve issues or discrepancies with suppliers or departments promptly and professionally.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience.
• Proven negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
