1. Source and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time
2. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company
3. Collaborate with internal teams to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
4. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
5. Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services
6. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses
7. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions that may impact purchasing decisions
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with procurement software
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
