Job summary

A leading facilities management firm in Dubai is looking for an FM Supervisor responsible for planning and executing maintenance contracts. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of MEP systems and at least 5 years of experience in facilities management, including supervisory roles. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities, along with appropriate engineering qualifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience with annual maintenance contracts and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan works such as PPM, CM, and casual jobs as per SLA.
• Ensure all works are completed on schedule.
• Maintain documentation for contracts and service reports.
• Ensure costs align with desired margins and profitability.
• Coordinate tools, spares, and equipment for sites.
• Train staff in HSE practices.
• Maintain customer service standards.

Skills

Knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting)

Preventive and corrective maintenance planning

Workforce planning and task delegation

Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Effective communication skills

Education

Three years Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
