Job Summary Overview:
- Work in all areas related to Business Development, building market insight and targeting potential prospects.
- Handle client accounts in the company, serving as the lead point of contact for all key client matters.
- Anticipate client needs and work within the company to ensure deadlines are met.
- Acquire new customers and maintain long-term relationships.
- Ensure customer processes run smoothly for sustainable loyalty.
Tasks: Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
- Identify and develop client business relationships with regional and multi-national firms.
- Generate revenue in your area of specialization in a target-driven environment.
- Use sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business.
- Engage and build trust with clients in a professional manner.
- Build strategies to maximize output and revenue generation.
- Manage the sales cycle of Key Accounts and complex solution-based sales.
- Translate business needs into potential solutions, leading the sales process from start to finish.
- Estimate the financial impact of opportunities.
- Negotiate client contracts and establish timelines for performance.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Resolve issues and maintain trust with customers.
- Plan and present reports on account progress and goals.
- Manage CRM data ownership and accountability.
Requirements and qualifications:
- BA and/or MBA with minimum 3-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong record of successful BD/KA projects.
- Proactive in making warm/cold calls to pitch business.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative with innovative campaign ideas to improve KPIs.
- Data-driven and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
