We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our Seafood Production team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for volume movement and quality assurance of our seafood products. Candidates should have a background within the seafood industry, prior experience supervising a team, and possess good communication skills. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!

Key responsibilities:

Operations

• Overseeing the manufacturing and shipping processes and procedures in factory production operations
• Evaluating each station of the production process to maintain optimum efficiency

Food handling and preparation

• Creating and overseeing employee training to increase production, enhance safe operations and ensure profitability
• Inspecting products for quality and accuracy prior to delivery
• Maintaining communication between management and employees to ensure that necessary policies are understood and followed
• Ensuring that the flow of resources like raw materials is maintained and that production items are arranged as needed

Cleanliness and hygiene

• Cleaning designated facility areas
• Washing worktables, walls, refrigerators etc.
• Segregating and removing trash and garbage and placing it in designated containers
• Cleaning the delivery boxes and utensils and kept in designated area

Reporting, training and code of conduct

• Outstanding communication ability
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in food processing from any established university.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor within the seafood industry.
• Strong understanding of seafood processing and handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have strong capability using Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work long hours as required to meet project deadlines.
