We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor – Lab Technician to lead and manage daily laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across all lab procedures while mentoring and supporting junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitoring of Galvanizing Process and Parameter.
• Monitoring of Final Inspection after hot dip galvanizing .
• Maintaining of Production reports daily and monthly.
• Handling Manpower and Maintain System of All Stager in Galvanizing plant.
• Making ISO Documentation.
• Monitoring of Zinc consumption Control , Ash and Dross Generation .
• Monitoring of Documentation.
• To maintain Productivity of Galvanized Product according to Quality and Targets.
• To Ensure Cost Control, material handling, Setting and monitoring of parameter.
• Recommend Change in working Conditions and use of equipment to improve production and Quality.
• To Prepare Production plan and Dispatch plan as per Customer requirement.
• To prepare process sheet and tracking of daily production.
• To maintain all process with route Card
• Overseeing Quality & Production process
• Lab related task for electroplating & galvanizing

Requirements

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry .

Minimum 5–7 years of lab experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role .

Strong knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and quality control systems.

Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and lab information systems.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
