Salary: 1600 AED/Month

We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a professional attitude and excellent communication skills. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and providing administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all office supplies and ensure that they are adequately stocked at all times
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
• Provide reception services to guests visiting the office and direct visitors to the appropriate staff member or department
• Maintain accurate records of office expenses and inventory levels
• Ensure that all correspondence is properly addressed, stamped, and mailed out in a timely manner
• Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments as needed
• Answer phones and greet visitors in a friendly manner.
• Manage calendars for staff members
• Handle any other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexible schedule with experience working overtime when needed
