  • New Retailer Pre-Opening meetings and staff induction.
  • Maintaining retailer compliance document tracker including follow up and recovery.
  • Conduct store visits and escalations.
  • Review and processing of Retailer work permits.
  • Maintaining Retailer Database.
  • Preparing monthly sales reports collections.
  • Handle multiple tasks concurrently and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handle situations in a calm and friendly manner.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly.
