Job summary
A leading global hospitality company based in Dubai is seeking a Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, including culinary, restaurant, and room service. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the culinary or food service sector and demonstrate strong leadership and customer service skills. Responsibilities include developing financial plans, leading a motivated team, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining compliance with food and beverage regulations.
Qualifications
- 4 years experience in the food and beverage culinary or related professional area.
- 2 years experience in the food and beverage culinary or related professional area.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all food and beverage operations including culinary restaurant beverage and room service.
- Develops and implements business plan for food and beverage.
- Manages all financial employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans.
- Provides excellent customer service to all employees.
- Sets clear expectations with employees and team leaders.
