Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication within the organization.

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication at all times.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems.
  • Coordinate and assist in the planning of corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate travel and logistics for business trips, including booking travel, preparing itineraries, and supporting executives in completing expense reports.
  • Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively offer solutions to potential issues.
  • Oversee general office processes, such as ordering office supplies and leading administrative support staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting C-level executives as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
