Office Assistant
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 1500$ per month


We are currently hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet clients and visitors
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Take notes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, bookkeeping, and data entry
- Keep track of employee attendance records
- Organize and maintain office files and documents

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of Malayalam or Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work full-time in Abu Dhabi
