Office Assistant (Indian Candidates Only)


We are currently seeking an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Indian national, you will have a preference for this role as we value diversity and inclusivity in our workplace. This is a contract job with flexible working hours, making it suitable for individuals looking for part-time or full-time employment.

As an Office Assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the office operations and ensure smooth functioning of daily tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining records, managing schedules, and assisting with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in English and be proficient in using basic office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers. While prior experience in a similar role is preferred, we welcome candidates without experience who are willing to learn and grow with us.

In this role, you will be required to have a valid biometric passport as per the government regulations for foreign nationals working in the UAE. We do not provide accommodation; therefore, candidates who are already residing in Abu Dhabi or have their own accommodation arrangements will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls professionally
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings for managers
- Organize files and maintain records accurately
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain databases
- Coordinate with external vendors for services required by the office
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and distribute accordingly
- Assist with organizing events or conferences as needed

Requirements:
- Indian national living in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate at their own expense
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
