We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring that operations run smoothly.

This position requires a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage their time and prioritize tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls, greet visitors and answer questions
• Manage calendars, set up meetings, coordinate appointments, and arrange travel
• Prepare letters, reports, memos, presentations and other documents
• Maintain files, records and database systems
• Manage office supplies inventory
• Assist with payroll processes
• Assist with HR processes such as onboarding new employees
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
