TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS :
- Monday to Friday
- 08 : 00am - 17 : 00pm
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS :
- AED 7,000 - AED 10,000 per month (Based on the relevant experience)
- Communications allowance
- Accommodation assistance for the first month of joining the company (if not already based in UAE)
- South African citizen with a valid Passport for international travel
- Qualification in Beauty / Spa / Cosmetology / Health & Skin Care / Somatology - BONUS
- Qualification in marketing or business studies - BONUS
- Demonstrated sales experience with a focus on new business development
- Professional English command for formal business relations
- Ideally our candidate must already be based in the UAE or offer previous employment experience within the UAE / Greater Middle East
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry
- Computer confident using various platforms for marketing and social media presence
SCOPE OF THE JOB :
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, increasing revenue, and elevating the salon and spa brand presence. This role focuses on client acquisition, brand positioning, strategic partnerships, and marketing initiatives to ensure long-term business sustainability and competitive advantage.
