Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Dubai s real estate market to join our dynamic marketing team.

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms
• Analyze data and track key metrics to drive lead generation and conversion
• Collaborate with the content and design teams for high-impact creatives
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure a high return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Stay updated on market trends, targeting strategies, and platform updates

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3+ years experience in performance marketing within the real estate industry (Dubai market preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media tools
• Proven track record in lead generation and CPL optimization
• Familiar with real estate CRM systems and funnel tracking
• Strategic mindset with excellent analytical skills
