We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Brand Marketing Executive who will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of dynamic marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on marketing campaigns, activations, events, and specifically store openings, for Independent Food Company’s portfolio of brands. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating engaging experiences and driving brand visibility through various channels. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation and impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and brand activations across digital, social, and in-store channels.
  • Coordinate timelines, resources, and logistics to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery.
  • Provide comprehensive support for planning and executing promotional events, customer engagement activities, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Manage vendors, source materials, and provide on-site support and post-event analysis.
  • Execute marketing activities for new store openings, including pre-opening buzz and local marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency and guidelines are strictly applied across all materials, activations, and physical locations.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop digital assets, signage, and promotional items for campaigns.
  • Act as a liaison with external vendors and agencies for campaign execution and event production.
  • Track performance metrics against objectives and prepare reports to provide insights for future improvements.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations and store management to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities regarding marketing campaigns and store launches.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including budget tracking, scheduling, and project documentation.
