Role & responsibilities
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, segment, and engage target audiences
- Plan and execute LinkedIn campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility
- Manage SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization
- Monitor and improve website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
- Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Track campaign performance and share clear insights, not just numbers
- Work closely with sales and content teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Maintain consistency in messaging across digital channels
Preferred candidate profile
- Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B outreach and lead generation
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads
- Experience managing paid campaigns and improving ROI through optimization
- Solid understanding of funnels, conversions, and attribution
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights
- Good grasp of content performance and audience behaviour

Working Conditions:
- Works closely with sales, business development, and leadership teams to align digital campaigns with revenue goals
- Coordinates with content, design, and external agencies to plan and execute marketing initiatives
- Communicates campaign performance, insights, and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholdersMaintains regular interaction with platform partners such as Google and LinkedIn when required
- Builds strong internal working relationships to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
