A leading furniture manufacturer in Dubai is seeking a Senior Manager - Digital Marketing to architect and scale their digital presence. This leadership role requires 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing with proficiency in both B2B and B2C strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-disciplinary teams, develop marketing strategies, and oversee digital campaigns across various platforms. Our client is within the Furniture business, which is a state‑of‑the‑art, fully automated, one of the biggest in the region furniture plant, including upholstery, cabinetry lines, with a design studio in Italy, catering to global needs. The factory is located across an 84,000 sqm land plot with a built‑up area of 50,000 sqm. The companys plant will manufacture a range of products, including sofas, seats, armchairs, chairs, beds, car and airplane seats, assembled flat‑pack cabinets for the local market, and export to customers. Additionally, the plan is to establish a presence through showrooms in strategic global markets to enhance marketing efforts.
As a Digital Marketing Lead will be the primary architect of our entire digital ecosystem. This is a foundational leadership role where you will build and scale two distinct, world‑class digital growth engines from the ground up:
The candidate will own the overall digital strategy, build and lead a team of specialists, and champion a data‑driven culture to ensure the company's digital presence is the primary driver of business growth for the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct full‑funnel performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Pinterest, and Google (Search, Display) to generate leads and drive showroom visits.
MarTech & Analytics: Oversee and optimize our marketing technology stack (CRM, analytics, automation tools) to ensure we have the insights and capabilities needed to win in our markets.
