Job summary
A recruitment firm is seeking a Recreation Manager for a 5-star hotel in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations of all recreation facilities, lead and supervise the recreation team, and ensure compliance with safety standards. They should have 2-3 years of experience in recreation management within luxury hotels, possess strong leadership and organizational skills, and be able to communicate effectively in English. - Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in recreation management, sports, or leisure operations within 4–5* hotels or resorts.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills; able to manage a team effectively.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all recreation facilities ensuring cleanliness and safety.
- Lead, train, and supervise the recreation team while coordinating activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and local regulations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback, and manage equipment inventory.
