Job summary

A recruitment firm is seeking a Recreation Manager for a 5-star hotel in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations of all recreation facilities, lead and supervise the recreation team, and ensure compliance with safety standards. They should have 2-3 years of experience in recreation management within luxury hotels, possess strong leadership and organizational skills, and be able to communicate effectively in English. Qualifications

Job Description
  • Oversee daily operations of all recreation facilities (pool, beach, gym, kids club, sports areas), ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
  • Lead, train, schedule, and supervise the recreation team while planning and coordinating activities, events, and guest engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, lifeguard standards, emergency protocols, hotel policies, and local regulations.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback or complaints, manage equipment inventory, and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
Qualifications
  • Open to Arabic, Asian or CIS nationals preferably female aged 35 and below.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in recreation management, sports, or leisure operations within 4–5* hotels or resorts.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and guest-service skills; able to manage a team effectively.
  • Good communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
