As Fabrication Manager you’ll oversee the production and build of all event-related structures and scenic elements. From creative concept to final execution you’ll manage fabrication workshops, suppliers, and timelines ensuring everything is built to spec, on budget, and ready on time.
- Oversee Fabrication Process: Manage production of scenic elements, stages, installations, and event structures.
- Coordinate with Design & Production: Translate design drawings into buildable, cost‑effective solutions.
- Manage Suppliers & Workshops: Oversee joinery, carpentry, metalwork and print teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure Quality & Safety: Uphold safety standards and ensure premium finish on all builds.
- Maintain Schedules: Track production timelines and resolve delays or material issues promptly.
- Budget Control: Work closely with project teams to stay within budget and minimize wastage.
- Technically Skilled: Strong knowledge of fabrication materials, techniques and construction drawings.
- Process-Oriented: Able to manage workflows and keep multiple builds on track.
