Responsibilities

• Providing timely support and information to customers’ enquiries.
• Coordinating with customers and internal departments.
• Preparing and sending detailed dispatch information to customers.
• Handling clients’ claims and disputes.
• Liaising with vendors and customs for shipment updates.
• Preparing necessary reports as required by Supervisor.
• Measuring daily and monthly KPIs and reporting to Manager.
• Elevating potential problems to Manager.
• Performing related duties/projects assigned by Manager.
