Job Description

The role holder is responsible for providing support in driving sales through the performance and development of the Store Sales team. Each role is also responsible of ensuring the delivery of exceptional operational, commercial and customer service standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a supervisory role is essential, with a proven track record of leading teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Proficient in retail management software and inventory control systems, ensuring streamlined operations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire team members and customers alike.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift merchandise, ensuring a hands-on approach to store operations.
• A passion for sports and an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product innovations.
