Tasks

• Organizing imports and exports for international trade
• Managing international markets (deliveries to Europe from all over the world)
• Registration and preparation of documentation for customs clearance in Europe work with customs brokers
• Understanding certification requirements in the EU
• Sourcing new service providers on favorable terms for the company
• Preparing reports and planning expenses
• Working with Business Process Management software
• Negotiating and signing contracts with new partners

Requirements

• Experience working with transportation companies and knowledge of the freight market
• Knowledge of transportation and freight legislation (international logistics)
• Experience working with Business Process Management software
• Ability to quickly respond to changing requests
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Russian languages
