As part of the Landmark Group, Landmark Digital is our digital arm based in Dubai, overseeing digital operations for eight brands and focusing on omnichannel growth. We are a team of over 700 professionals committed to delivering seamless digital experiences and expanding into new markets.

We are seeking an experienced SME for BOARD Planning Platform to lead our transformation from a legacy system to a modern, multi-vertical planning platform, enhancing efficiency and agility within our group.

• Serve as the SME for BOARD planning platform, providing deep knowledge of its architecture, tools, and best practices.
• Assist in defining the transformation roadmap and adapt quickly to the current planning ecosystem.
• Drive the platform transformation, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Act as the liaison between implementation partners and internal teams, ensuring requirements are met.
• Collaborate with tech teams to design a phased implementation plan.
• Validate technical aspects related to security, data integrity, reporting, and KPIs.
• Facilitate communication among engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate processes to the BOARD platform.
• Advise on optimal platform usage for operational efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship throughout the migration.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements leveraging BOARD capabilities.

• 10+ years of experience with BOARD Planning platform and technology transformations.
• Strong understanding of SaaS concepts and data integration.
• Experience leading large-scale planning transformations.
• Knowledge of retail technologies and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Advanced certifications in relevant technologies are preferred.
