JOB SUMMARY
The Equestrian Manager is responsible for maintaining the overall health and wellbeing of the horses. The candidate must have experience with horses and be BHS certified.
The role involves ensuring the horses' wellbeing in various situations such as boarding, training, and transport. The Equestrian Manager may turn horses out for exercise and check bedding materials for pests. Continual observation of horse behavior is essential, as it can indicate health issues.
The manager ensures that the horses' health, nutrition, and medical treatments are up to date. Additionally, the Equestrian Manager often handles the business aspects, including managing facilities, scheduling personnel, and overseeing marketing and budgets.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of professional experience with horses.
