Your Mission
As Head of Operations, your mission is to transform our high-touch, fast-evolving physical hubs into smooth, scalable systems. You’ll lead the charge on operational excellence—from daily hub functionality to cross-functional coordination between Ops, BD, Finance, and Legal. This is a critical leadership role shaping the backbone of Daos Hub’s growth and elevating our customer experience into a high-performance, data-driven machine.
Your First 90 Days
Days 1–30: Audit, Takeover & Prioritization
- Conduct a 360° audit of all operational systems, processes, and documents.
- Map cross-functional workflows to identify gaps and misalignments.
- Assess automation readiness and introduce reporting cadence.
- Shadow the Ops team, inspect hub processes, and implement immediate daily checks.
Days 31–60: Structure, Connect & Align
- Launch V1 KPI dashboards and automate key reports.
- Implement ops meeting cadence and SOP frameworks.
- Roll out a client feedback and alert system.
- Normalize hub processes with clear checklists and escalation paths.
Days 61–90: Optimization & Ownership Culture
- Scale dashboards to cross-functional use and automate 60%+ of data flows.
- Lead an Ops Transformation Sprint to resolve a major bottleneck.
- Introduce alert systems and predictive metrics.
- Build performance ownership within teams and launch monthly hub reviews.
How You’ll Contribute
- Lead daily operations across hubs, ensuring high-functioning, high-satisfaction environments.
- Set and track Ops team OKRs and KPIs with automated systems and dashboards.
- Operationalize the entire client journey—from onboarding through community engagement.
- Synchronize internal teams (Ops, BD, Legal, Finance) to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive SOPs and hub documentation.
- Implement internal tools (CRM, automation, task trackers) to increase efficiency.
- Run weekly and monthly performance reviews and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Foster a culture of process ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement.
- Train and upskill team members on tools, metrics, and automation best practices.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Business Ops, or Strategy Execution.
- Background in physical operations—mobility, delivery, logistics, hospitality, or retail.
- Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams (5–20+ people).
- Deep experience with process documentation, automation, and AI tools.
- Strong grasp of OKRs, KPI tracking, and cross-functional syncs.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, CRM platforms, and automation stacks.
- Exceptional communication—clear, calm, structured.
- Business degree (MBA is a plus); certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP a bonus.
- Fluent in Ukrainian and advanced in English.
