Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines compressors and expanders.

As an Operations Support Specialist you will ensure compliance with standards continuous development of people and processes effective management of budget and resource while ensuring the team has the processes and tools they need to deliver on professional services project commitments. Develops an operational year plan for the own department activities. Suggests improvements in products processes and procedures.

As an Operations Support Specialist you will be responsible for:
  • Support on Outages readiness as:
    • Gate pass issuance accommodation and transportation bookings for all assigned resources
    • Immigration follow up (arrival to/from country & site)
    • Building a Mobilization trackers including all line-up travel and site access requirements as trainings and medical certifications
    • Creating Gantt chart and Hours Trackers.
    • Updating Fieldworks with Non-technical data.
    • Creating workorders and purchase orders for suppliers.
  • Support on Outage execution and closure as:
    • Following hour tracker file through the outages.
    • Uploading Lesson Learned on the tool
    • Following with suppliers invoicing
    • Follow up the TDB docs as FSRs collection signed SQCL and maintenance forms.
  • Support on regional projects and initiatives as:
    • Tooling assigning tracking maintaining and any logistics preparation needed.
    • Any regional initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
  • 3 years of experience in cost estimation and duration.
  • 1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Office and Primavera.
  • Knowledge of outage preparation execution and closing out.
  • General knowledge on Primavera P6 planning tool.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
