Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Business Development Manager for a leading company in the luxury marble and stone industry based in Dubai. We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a deep understanding of the stone sector—covering everything from quarry sourcing to final installation—who can drive business expansion, secure new projects, and strengthen long‑term relationships with both clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new project opportunities across the UAE and international markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Develop strong supplier partnerships locally and internationally, including quarries, factories, and distributors.
  • Accompany clients for slab inspections, selection, and approvals at factories.
  • Conduct site visits for awarded projects to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with estimation, technical, and production teams to prepare proposals and align supply with project timelines.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay updated on quarrying, cutting, polishing, logistics, and installation practices.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Explore new revenue streams and niche markets beyond traditional construction channels.
  • Maintain updated client and supplier databases, and follow up on leads, quotations, and project approvals.
  • Submit business development reports and pipeline updates to management.
