Job summary
A leading contracting company in Dubai seeks a Logistics Supervisor with over 5 years of relevant experience in building construction. The role involves planning and managing all logistics operations, coordinating material deliveries, and ensuring compliance with HSE guidelines. The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in a related field, demonstrating strong logistics management skills and the ability to maintain material tracking effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role in Dubai.
- Experience managing logistics for construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor all logistics operations for construction sites.
- Coordinate material deliveries, supplier schedules, and vehicle movements.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of materials.
- Maintain material tracking (in/out records) and update site teams daily.
- Handle documentation for deliveries, returns, and material transfers.
- Manage manpower movement and site access.
- Manage vehicle entry permits, gate passes, and delivery documentation.
- Plan and control the movement of equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and boom loaders.
- Monitor fuel usage and machinery hours, and report daily to site management.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with company HSE guidelines.

Education
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor for our main contracting company in Dubai.
- Strong background in building construction (not other industries)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role in Dubai.
- Degree or Diploma in a related field
