Legal Clerk jobs in United Arab Emirates

Our client is a giant tech company and they are wishing to recruit an experienced 'career paralegal' for a 12 month contract. You will hold a law degree and have worked for a few years as a paralegal. We also need someone who is fluent in English and Arabic, reading, writing, speaking and can draft in both. The role will involve due diligence, research, managing budgetary admin, and tracking work deadlines for the legal team. You will already be extremely collaborative, have excellent communication skills, and come from a top-tier international environment or the in-house legal department of a multinational. Salary is dependent on the candidate's experience. There will be some work from home and attending the office. There will be no benefits as you are contracting.

Ideally, you will be on a spousal or freelance visa but if not, you will need to pay for your visa which we can arrange.
Must have a law degree
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal
Proven experience in due diligence, managing budgetary admin, tracking work and deadlines
Proactive personality
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with external counsel
Fluent bilingual Arabic and English
Must be based in Dubai
