We are seeking a bilingual (Arabic/English) Legal Counsel for a full-time, on-site position at our Ras Al Khaimah branch. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support, including offering legal advice, drafting legal documents, negotiating contracts, and handling legal matters related to business operations.

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Salary Range: Approx. 12,000 AED/month

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Extensive legal expertise with a strong grasp of UAE laws and regulations
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and legal document drafting
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills to assess risks and provide sound legal opinions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic legal team
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Legal Counsel, including at least 2 years specifically in a Legal Counsel role (excluding administrative or paralegal work) within the UAE.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft various legal memorandums, contracts, and agreements
