We have partnered exclusively with a global asset and investment manager to hire a Senior Legal Counsel into their Abu Dhabi office. This client works with global investors, carrying multi‑million or multi‑billion dollar deals, all over the globe.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working with a top tier team of legal, risk, compliance and investment professionals worldwide.
• Supporting all internal business units across legal.
• Overseeing high value investment deals, drafting and negotiating complex corporate and funds documentation and the associated risks within.
• Relationship management across co‑investors, partnerships, overseas offices and outside counsel.

Who you’ll likely need to be in order to succeed:

• 6‑10 PQE Common Law qualified with experience from a sophisticated financial services market (London, New York, Singapore).
• A top tier law firm background is essential (likely White Shoe / Magic Circle), with additional in‑house being helpful.
• Strong blended skill set that covers corporate, private equity, funds, asset and investment management.
• Those based in the Gulf right now will be prioritised, but overseas applications are welcome.
