Job summary

A recruitment and management consultancy in Dubai is seeking an administrative coordinator to manage employee onboarding, coordinate recruitment, handle visa renewals, and maintain employee records. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Join formalities of new employees.
  • Coordinate recruitment of manpower.
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa renewals and new visas.
  • Open bank accounts/salary prepay accounts for new employees.
  • Maintain soft and hard copies of employees’ files.
  • Prepare documentation for insurance claims.
  • Coordinate in other GCC countries for visa renewals.
  • Prepare salary certificates and NOC letters for employees.
  • Apply OHC for employees and organize training for staff.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as advised.
