A fast-growing UAE-based conglomerate is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its expanding in-house legal team. The group operates across real estate development, construction, interior design, and asset management, with a newly launched DFSA-regulated entity in the DIFC.

• Advise on corporate, commercial, and real estate matters
• Draft and negotiate contracts across business units
• Support fund structuring and regulatory compliance
• Partner with senior stakeholders and drive legal strategy

• 7+ PQE, common law qualified
• Strong private practice training; in-house experience a plus
• Flexible across practice areas; confident and commercially minded
• Fluent English speaker with UAE/MENAT experience preferred
