Qualifications
At least 3-5 years of IP legal experience as a junior lawyer or senior paralegal.
Proven expertise in managing trademark enforcement and IP-related agreements.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsabilités
Review watch notices and draft opposition/cancellation writs.
Investigate and address trademark infringements.
Draft and review trademark licenses and collaboration agreements.
Implement and renew Customs recordals and handle seizures.
