We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Social Media Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across multiple brand accounts within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a creative mindset, and the ability to drive engagement and growth across various platforms.

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for multiple brand accounts
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Manage and optimize social media calendars for each brand, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular performance reports to inform strategy adjustments
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to align social media efforts with overall brand goals
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation
• Manage a team of social media coordinators, providing guidance and mentorship
• Oversee community management efforts, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to user comments and messages
• Develop and manage influencer partnerships to expand brand reach and engagement
• Implement paid social media campaigns to support marketing objectives
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels for each account

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of growing engagement and followers
• Extensive experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously
• Proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Expert knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
• Strong skills in content creation and editing using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management software
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices
• Knowledge of social media algorithms and content optimization strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Creativity and adaptability in developing innovative social media campaigns
