What you'll do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Korean‑speaking clients, understanding their needs and ensuring top‑tier service and support throughout their journey.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients: manage communication (in Korean and English), handle inquiries, coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor account performance, track metrics and provide regular reports and insights to clients, helping optimise outcomes and maintain high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales operations and support teams to resolve issues, implement improvements and guarantee seamless client experience.
- Support business growth by identifying upselling or cross‑selling opportunities, proposing tailored solutions and helping expand our client base in the Korean market.
What we’re looking for
- Native or fluent Korean (C1), excellent written and spoken communication; good command of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in client‑facing roles – account management, sales support or customer service – ideally in an international or multicultural environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines and priorities with care and professionalism.
- Customer‑oriented mindset, attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving approach to challenges and client needs.
- Flexibility and readiness to adapt: ability to work in a fast‑paced global business environment and coordinate across time zones when needed.
