Job summary
A hospitality management company in Dubai is seeking a talented Demi Chef De Partie for their Cold kitchen. This role involves assisting the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in daily operations while ensuring the highest quality of food presentation. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, expertise in Arabic cuisine, and strong plating skills. Responsibilities
- Assisting the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in the daily operations of the Cold kitchen.
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure the highest quality of food.
Skills
We are currently seeking a talented Demi Chef De Partie to join at a 4 Star Hotel Dubai United Arab Emirates.
As a Demi Chef De Partie you will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in the daily operations of the Cold kitchen. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure the highest quality of food is prepared and presented to our guests.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or 3 - 4 years experience as a Commis in a hotel.
- Strong knowledge of Cold kitchen.
- Expertise in preparing Arabic dishes according to recipes and standards
- Excellent Plating and presentation skills
- Strong supervisory and communication skills
- Awareness of all menu items their recipes methods of production and presentation standards
