A prominent event management company in Dubai seeks an Operations Director to lead the seamless delivery of a major festival. This role requires over 10 years of experience in managing large-scale public events, exceptional skills in stakeholder management, and the ability to oversee all event operations from planning to execution. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Own the full event operations lifecycle from pitch to post-event debrief.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination with clients, authorities, and vendors.
  • Recruit and manage internal teams and external contractors.
  • Lead real-time event operations including guest services and crowd management.
  • Oversee the Main Operations Centre during the event.
