A multinational pharmaceutical company in Dubai is seeking an Associate Director of Oncology Marketing to lead complex product categories across Gulf markets. This role entails developing brand strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing market analysis. Associate Director Oncology Marketing leads his/her therapeutic area / large product category with high level of complexity across Gulf markets & lead multiple indications & new product launches: building brand strategy and driving its implementation with cross-functional team (digital marketing sales access regional marketing team country leadership teams medical regulatory supply chain etc.). Compiles and evaluates research on the markets product requirements. Leads budgeting and forecasting for the portfolio controls execution of marketing budget. Manages portfolio life cycle.
