We’re looking for someone withnatural creative flair— a VM leader who blendsdesign thinking, luxury aesthetics, commercial merchandisingand flawless execution. If you’re the person who sees the story, the flow, the focal points and the finishing touches instantly… this one’s for you.

What you’ll be responsible for

You’ll own the end-to-end visual standards and in-store brand experience, including:

  • Driving thevisual merchandising strategyacross stores (luxury look, feel, and consistency)
  • Creating and executing high-impactseasonal campaignsand retail moments
  • Delivering premiumwindow displays, mannequin styling, and front-of-store storytelling
  • Owningstore zoning, space planning, floor layouts, product flowand customer journey
  • Building and rolling outVM guidelines, planograms, merchandising standardsand store toolkits
  • Partnering closely withRetail, Buying/Merchandising and Marketingto align product priorities and storytelling
  • Coaching store teams to deliver a consistently elevatedluxury VM standardevery day
  • Ensuring stores are always "brand ready":detail, cleanliness, balance, colour, composition, props, fixtures, signage
Seasonal campaigns you’ll lead (examples)

You’ll be expected to plan and execute a full calendar ofseasonal VM campaigns, such as:

  • Spring/Summer launch(new season floor set + key stories)
  • Autumn/Winter launch(new season floor set + hero categories)
  • Ramadan / Eidretail storytelling and gifting moments (where relevant)
  • National Daylocalisation and brand moments
  • Peak trading / promotional periods(e.g., sale readiness, high-volume changeovers)
  • Festive / gifting seasonstorytelling (luxury gifting zones, add-ons, premium windows)
  • Plus:capsule drops, collaborations, pop-ups, new store openingsand special brand moments
What we’re looking for

  • A strong eye fordesign, styling, composition, colour, balance, proportion and detail
  • Ideally aDesign / Arts / Visual Communication / Fashion / Interior Designbackground
  • Strong capability across:
