We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive – Export Sales to join our team in Dubai, specializing in European car and truck auto spare parts (BMW, Mercedez, Volkswagen, Ford, GMC, Porsche, Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley, Audi etc). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in the export sector, and will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships across various international markets. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company standards and regulations.

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share for European car and truck auto spare parts.
2. Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new clients through networking and industry events.
3. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales efforts.
5. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise during the export process.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
7. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
8. Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote the company's products and establish a strong brand presence in the market.
9. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting international markets.
10. Stay updated on relevant export regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to legal standards.

1. Proven experience in export sales, preferably within the european spare brands automotive parts industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
3. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
4. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus, especially those relevant to target markets.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
8. Knowledge of export regulations and compliance standards, particularly related to automotive parts.
9. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
10. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
