A leading IT services company in Dubai is seeking a technical expert with banking experience. The ideal candidate has at least five years in application production support, particularly within the ITIL framework. Proficiency in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and knowledge of the TCS BaNCS application is essential. If you possess excellent communication skills and can handle critical production issues, we'd like to hear from you.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a relevant technical position.
- Industry experience in banking preferred.
- Experience with ITIL framework.

- Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in:
- Application trouble shooting configuration and maintenance.
- Application performance tuning and optimization
- Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA
- Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis
- Experience in Work flow maintenance and Configuration.
- Knowledge of TCS BaNCS application backend and front END
- Understands SWIFT & local payment settlement
- Has knowledge of shell scripting Jboss Oracle spring hibernate programming Language.
- Hands on experienced on windows & unix
- Able to handle pressure & support critical production issues
- Willing to work extended hours during critical incidents & schedule weekend deployments.
- Acknowledging and acting on command center Calls(24x7)
