This is an opportunity for a professional with experience in general maintenance and repair work to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including repairs, installations, and maintenance within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out scheduled repairs and maintenance on equipment such as lighting fixtures, locks, doors, windows, plumbing systems, etc.
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and microwaves.
• Installing new fixtures or parts as required.
• Responding to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Ensuring all tools are maintained properly and safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Maintaining accurate records of all work completed.
• Assisting with any other tasks assigned by management.
