The Role Job Title : Chef (Hot Kitchen – Food Retail Showroom) | Location : Motor City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

• Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with standardized recipes and portioning (e.g. steaks, burgers, fried items).
• Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients and ensure consistent food presentation.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
• Organize and manage the workstation efficiently during preparation and service hours.
• Coordinate with showroom staff to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in receiving kitchen deliveries and stock rotation as needed.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a hot kitchen chef (experience in restaurants, cafés, or catering facilities preferred).
• Solid understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food hygiene standards.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and consistency.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
